Comments: I was in shock to read that you have serious medical problems.I am a great fan of you for many many years. I had the honor to shake hand with you several years ago in Amsterdam. I play the guitar for many years and you give me a lot of inspiration. Thank you for that.
I wish that all you wishes come true.

Comments: Pat, in 1974/1975, I asked you to play at Kean College in Union, NJ. Before the show, Les Paul contacted me to let me know he was attending the show. Les said that at that time, you were working on a new style to blues music. I did not follow Les's comments. Any comments on what Les was referring too? Thank you for all the great years of music, innovation and leading the way for future music lovers and musicians. Ed

Comments: Pat, I just heard that you met Jerry Garcia. After playing like Garcia for 5 year,I discovered you. After all you play the same notes—mixolydian and dorian. In 1976 at the Bottom line you killed it with the Mixoldian on Songbird. I felt what you were doing Jerry Garcia was only trying to do. But Jerry said you are one of his favorites! Ornette Coleman heard Jerry Garcia band, and put Garcia on his record Virgin Beauty. Pat you are also the nicest Muscian I have ever met. All the Best, Lloyd
